unable to reinstall m/s
 
When to trying to install m/s I get an error message saying

feature Microstudio
component manual doc
file
error access denied
Then the program shuts down. Any suggestions?? Thanks Alan

If anyone likes to see the actual msg I can email it

I should submit a support ticket on this one as no one seems to know the answer.
