Keyrite 1202

Just downloaded my .exe file from the net.
Started download and the software will not accept my email or serial number.
I used copy / paste from the mtu email but no luck !
Anyone had this problem ?

Have you tried entering email and serial number manually ?

Take care,

George

Keyrite 1202

Hi George,
I tried to enter the email and serial number both manualy and using copy and paste from the mtu email.
Both give me the same error "Invalid Key, Try Again"
I have tried quite a number of times and always get the same message.
I have also tried re-booting before running the setup but I get the same message.

Any ideas ?

Thanks, Karl

Karl,
I think I'd try starting from square one. Uninstall the program, reinstall it and try manually entering the data, keeping in mind the serial # is all in caps. Beyond this I can't think of anything else.

Take care

George

Try these steps...

Karl580, try these things:

1. Make sure you are installing the Keyrite Serial Number AND Email from your installation email, with the Keyrite download. If you are accidentally trying to install another program with the Keyrite SN it will not work.

2. Make sure there are no spaces or tabs in what you past in. This has been a problem sometimes in the past.

3. If all else fails, restart your computer and try again.

4. If that fails, go back and download the installation program again. It mught have been corrupted in the download (rare, but has been found as the problem in some cases).
