mbi or ascap
do we at any time have to pay this ?
for bars or other events? does anybody know this for sure thanks |

Sam Is Right we dont have to pay it is up to bar or club to pay.
private clubs dont need it, and ascap wont sell lic to you. hope this helps. Bob |
According to the research my wife did, for private parties you only need a license if the party is for 300 or more people.
