Need Help Importing mp3g to KMH
 

Hey I just got this today and I\\\'m trying to get it all setup, out of about 30k songs in my library it only imported 8k, all the files are labeled in the same format and it looks like it\\\'s just randomly missing some,when I did the import the songs found counter would go up then just randomly stop for awhile.Im not sure why it would find some songs and add the kmh file but not othershttp://i.imgur.com/yDEgJmb.png

Which button did you select in the Import Songs dialog ?

1) Index Song Files or 2) Scan now ?

Can you capture a screen shot of how you have your define field order set up and attach it to your post ?

Are all your files in a single folder or multiple folders ? if in multiple folders are they by Brand, DiscId or some other order ?

Hey I selected Index Song Files as KMH
Files are in multiple folders by artist name

and this was how I setup the Define order

I changed Disc ID to Brand, and I am indexing 1 folder at time it seems to be finding all my songs now.

Thats unusual to hav artist in separate folders.

comparing your screen shots I see you have Disc Id as the last field which on your previous shot of file names would make a Disc ID of the manufacturer Name not a normal Disc Id.

Try changing the Define field order to:

Artist - Title - Brand

Untick the box for scan files in reverse order.
You might also want too try ticking the box for include subfolders if That VOL59 folder has sub folders by Artist.

See how you get on with that.
