purchased software download instructions
 

Can anyone tell me how long it took them to get download instructions for purchased software? I purchase yesterday and immediately got a confirmation of purchase but no instructions to download. I have tried to email requesting instructions but none of my emails by three different accounts would go thru....

If it was after they closed, then it will be monday. they are pretty prompt. you are going to enjoy the programs I have all the mtu software, and I love it.

By the way, we are practically neighbors. I am from Marrero, and have a motorhome in Lacombe. Enjoy

Abnormal operation.....
 

Bill, normally your download instruction email would have been sent automatically by our on-line store when you order by Credit Card. However, something messed up in the server and caused these to not be sent automatically.

You should have received these today after we manually approved them for sending.

Our webmaster has been working on the problem today.
