Bottom three boxes

When I try to get out of Songbook I\'m not able to read the bottom three boxes. Does anyone know how to correct this? Today is the first time I\'ve seen it do this.

Thanks,
Ernie

That appears to be a Word problem.

Try opening a different word document, making a change in it then try closing again and see if that dialogue appears the same ?

If it does I would suggest try changing your screen resolution on a tempory basis see if it repairs it.

Roy,
When I made a change to another document and went to get out, the box came up normal. I then tried it again in Hoster and couldn\'t get the complete box. I can work with it, but I\'m just confused why it\'s happening.

Confusèd myself?
Is this only happening when you open it using the view songbook button within the create songbook dialogue of Hoster ?
Try opening the file without Hoster open direct from Word see if you get the same problem.
That way we can see if it\'s a Hoster problem or a word problem.

One question, you are not using a Mac computer are you? I ask as after googling this problem it seems it is quite common bug for people running Windows on a Mac.

Roy, I changed a document in Word and when I went to close it, the complete box was opened. I then went to Hoster and it\'s still not opening the box all the way. Like I said, it\'s not a problem, it\'s just that I\'ve never seen that before and thought there might be a simple fix.

Thanks,
Ernie

  1. Are you using Windows on an Apple computer?

  2. What is your Screen Resolution set to?

  3. What program are you using to view your Song Book? (Click the Select Viewer button)

  4. Does this happen if you view the SongBook.rtf file outside of Hoster?
Thanks!

One way, Open the Hoster data folder, find the SongBook.rtf file, copy it and paste it to your desktop. Close Hoster.

Now either right click on the desktop copy and select “Open With” then select word.

Or alternately open word and brows to the file on your desktop and open it.

Roy, I opened it with Word and made a change and then closed it and the box opened all the way. Maybe it is Hoster?? To me it\'s nothing to worry about. Thanks for your help.

One more question, Ernie: Do you have your screen resolution set to 125%, 150%, or some other value other than 100%?
