MS 4.006 Video trouble

After installing Microstudio 4.006 (upgrade) the video screen no longer appears, hence no lyrics. Re-installation attempts indicate that it is already installed on 2 computers (correct -- both my primary & backup laptops) and then aborts because it cannot be transmitted to MTU, even though this is my primary machine & has had the program installed since the 2.xx series. :?

Any Suggestions?

Did you remove it to re-install it?
For an upgrade you must have a previous version installed and use the "Upgrade" installation.
If you were not on the internet when you un-installed it that will lock your registration and you will have to submit a Support Email Ticket to get it reset.
As far as your Video problem it most likely is that you are missing upgrades to your Windows. By that I mean Custom upgrades from the Microsoft website for upgrades not the Express or Automatic upgrades.

Of course I tired, but as I said in my original, I have purchased 2 programs which should allow me to install on 4 computers. Neither one of the codes will permit re-installation.

Windows update can find nothing missing from XP Pro. Removal & reinstallation won't work either.

Then the only recourse you have is to submit a Support Email Ticket and wait for MTU to reset your registration. Be sure to include the computer name and the last 4 digits of the registration number so they can track it down.
