MTU Support
I've thoroughly enjoyed the wonders of Hoster vs. the alternatives, however I've spent the past week trying to get in touch with MTU. No response from voicemails, e-mails, trouble tickets, etc. I had my laptop crash and couldnt uninstall Hoster, so now I can't reinstall either. What's happened to the wonderful support MTU was providing a couple months ago? If its weather-related, I fully understand, but that still doesnt help with the gig I've got coming this weekend.

Have you gone back in to look at your ticket to see if they responded? You may have missed the emailed answer. Look in your spam folder of your email program.

Ddouglas, thanks for your quick response, but I just searched my Inbox and spam folders, still no sign of any form of communication. I had a problem switching to Hoster 4, and MTU was great with getting back to me. I had no problem now, but lately it seems they've disappeared. :-/

Still waiting anxiously as this weekend is getting closer and closer with no response from MTU :?

Finally heard back from MTU. Got everything up and running now. Thanks all for your help/tips/support. Thread Closed
