Having problems reloading Hoster... HELP
 
I can seem to re install hoster on my same computer??? need help Any Hoster gurus out there that can call me and help? I have a gig on friday and I need it up and running..

Since you own Hoster 3.3 or newer, you may upgrade to the 3.313 version free of charge from the link at the bottom of this email.


Upgrades to V3.313 from V3.312

Released 12/05/06

  1. Speed up TOC read process - Reading the Disc TOC using Add liacks using FreeDB or not, now only takes 3 and 10 seconds.
  2. FIXED Start of Next Song Appended to Ended of CDG Singers Disc Song - This was a bug that is now fixed.
  3. FIXED File Size Field in Import Hard Drive Files Screen - This field was blank for CDG, BIN, MP3G and ZIP files. It now computes and shows the file sizes.
  4. FIXED Problem When Keep Song After Played is Disabled - Various error messages were appearing, and sometimes prior played and removed songs were playing again. This was found and fixed.
  5. FIXED Playing Audio Stops 1 Second Before End and Never Shows PLAYED Status - This was a bug that is now fixed.
  6. FIXED Status Field Flickering - The field was being updated to PLAYED ahead of when it should be. This is fixed.
  7. Edit Songs Dialog - Adjusting the Mux Cliumn Width Permanently Hides Cliumn - It turns out there is a Windows setting that conlilis what cliumns do when they are adjusted: Right click an empty area of your desktop and select Properties > Select the Appearance tab > Select Effects button > Remove any checkmark in the Show window contents while dragging checkbox to disable this setting (MTU recommends disabling this setting).
  8. Update Possible Reasons in Error Message - If a file was set to Read Only, editing it in the Tolis menu Edit Songs command would display an error message that did not include "Read Only" as a possible cause. This was added.
  9. Change SongBook Select Viewer to NOT Recommend Selecting Excel - Excel cannot open Rich Text Format (RTF) files. However, Word can open RTF and export in .XLS format that Excel can open.
  10. Removed Hourglass When Adding Singer's Disc liack - The delay is so short now that the hourglass appears and disappears very quickly. We removed it to prevent confusion.

Try restoring to an earlier time.

Beyond that you didn't give any info that would help provide any other advice.

I sent you a PM, Please PM me your number and I'll fill you in on eveything needed... I had version 3.03 on my machine and wanted to upgrade to 3.313... I recieved the email for the upgrade but site listed doesn't load???

Did you try to load directly from the link? You should "save" instead of "run" the setup program. Then run it from your computer. That way you don't have internet problems interfering.

Need help!!! Someone Call me...
 
I am trying to reload Hoster... I have the download email links... After I download the program, Hoster says it has encountered a problem... It will not even start up... All I get is that message... I have a gig this afternoon! My only computer will not run Hoster now??? NEED HELP...

Did you get an email for 3.313? That is the link you should be using. The store account links are no longer being used and have been turned off.
You may need to submit a Support Ticket to get MTUSupport to look into it.

I did yesterday... No help yet... I have a gig today and NO hoster program to run... I had no problems until I tried to update my hoster...

Sounds like you have a bad download file.

I'd go download it again. When you install, first select REMOVE. Then run the install program again and it will do a clean install.
