i think i know the reason why i might be wrong..but did you buy the upgrade 3.319?, if you still have the 3.316 i think they sent you the upgrade by mistake, caused thats what happened to me, they sent me the 3.318 upgrade ,( i have 3.317 ) by mistake and when i upgraded it i started having the same problem, when i removed the upgrade thinking i had a bad download and tried to re-install 3.318 again and thats when i found out that i did not qualify.

No I did not buy it, because of the date that I bought hoster I qulified for the upgrade

i dont understand, you said you have 3.316. and you qualified for the 3.319?.i have 3.317 and i did not qualify..but anyway,have you removed the upgrade and went back to 3.316..see if that will fixed the problem your having..

Ok I removed the upgrade and reinstalled the older version of hoster That I have and that did not fix my problem. I think I missed an upgrade thats why I have the version that I have. I am going to try going to the link above and see about the firmware and see if that helps if not I think that I am going to have to get support from mtu?:f

sorry to say but you might end up getting an ext. cd/dvd drive if updating the firmware doesnt work..
