The Southern Hemisphere is just as cold, or colder, depending on how close you are to the equator.:)

Just come to Northern Virginia, it is in the 40's (6c to 8c For those who embrace the metric system) we are experiencing some sporadic rainshowers. Yukkk

Ditto on that. I've lost at least 5 gigs and 10 ten days of school that have to be made up over normally scheduled vacation time next month. It's set me behind in nearly everything this year.

mindonstrike March 11th, 2008 07:59 PM

yesterday, 8pm I headed off to my gig and forgot my jacket. That's a good sign that spring is near :) . The 3am drive home was a ccccold reminder that I forgot my jacket.

LOL . I found Seattle to be a very nice place to visit, even if I might not want to live there but thats got more to do with the traffic than the rain. I still remember the billboard somebody put up back in the early 70's that read "will the last person to leave Seattle please turn off the lights". Funny how things change.

Thats Funny.:)
gotta Love her for that one.:g

Karen K March 14th, 2008 02:04 AM

That "lights out" billboard appeared about the time that Boeing was teetering on the edge of extinction - and with the new refueling aircraft contract going overseas, they're acting like it'll happen again any minute.
