Much simpler to get there by right clicking any blank spot on the desktop and selecting PROPERTIES.

You might mention in the FAQ it will not solve the problem for anyone using 800x600, already at NORMAL(96dpi). Vogone 3xxx is designed to function at a higher resolution, which is compatible with the newer pc's. Those folks using 800x600 will have to go to 1024x768 while using Vogone 3.xxx.
