This is the part that we ordered, it is the entire tray, so it should be here by Tuesday. I will then send it to you so that we can try to see if this will fix it.

I do have a feeling that it is something in this tray that was flaky and then has decided to die all together now. We will find out once I get this new one to you.

Thanks. I hope it does the trick too. If not I may be forced to pull my player and discs back out while I send it too you to find the problem. Hope not, it's working too well.
