It is truly 160 GB, not MB. I am importing them as KMH, not KMA. And to make matters worse, I was mistaken I have another show tonight. Feeling pretty panicked because my second laptop had started demonstrating same behavior during the re-import of KMH files.

I can't think of anything else to suggest other than I try and look into your computer remotely.
