Do you use this setup...and if you do, who makes it. I don't think interferanee is the issue cause i tried it at two places and same results

No I don't use one. I use a SVideo to RCa on my mixer and then RCA to an Amp and RCA out to my TVs. I use the amp because of the distance to and number of screens I have.
This is the only thing I found with reference to "Fullband". http://fullband-tech.en.alibaba.com/ and this looks to be a Chinese company. Who did you buy it from? Maybe they would exchange it.

just got an email from them and they will replace it...hope this works cause it will save some set up time.

It never hurts to try and I am pretty sure that is the problem. No product like that could sell for very long if it cut out after 5 minutes.
