Hi,

i have converted about 11 thousand songs from kma to mp3

i used a couple of different folders to put the songs into. Half way through the merge of folders it said there was a problem.

i am using vista---

on a side note i am using pcvj--if i run one of my new converted files from my laptop hard drive-it plays perfect. if i run it from external as i do my videos it locks up?? does this have to do with my software/drive/ or conversion??

please help

Have you upgraded to version 1.003? The only previously reported problem for conversions was for zip files stopping half way through the conversion and that was with the "delete originals" box checked. This was fixed in 1.003.
Your other question you need to address to the people who produced PCVJ.
Just out of curiosity where did you get 11,000 KMA files from? I ask this since you just joined the forum this month.

Not mine. I am just a user like you. What kind of problems did you have with Hoster Lite? Did you post your problems in the forums?

i upgraded to vista==then down graded to xp and then went back to vista on my same machine. i was told to uninstall then reinstall then license issue came up. i called 8 times from southern california and then i sent 3 support tickets. i was told that i my account was reset and then it still did the same thing.

support was really bad as i went through this for a month. i am just glad i am a dj==i carry the karoake as an option.

thanks for the help

dont know exactly which of the 2 things i did fixed it, but they worked. could redo steps to find out which one solved it but am far too lazy to do that, this email is enough. make sure the "lame_enc.dll" file (that you unzipped from the original download) is then cut and pasted to your c:\windows\system32 folder. secondly, dont use vista. i have 2 computers one with the other good ol home PC with XP. i converted all 10,000 songs in one shot-done
