Does songverter convert .mp3 or a wma file to .WAV file?

I have a lot of mp3 and WMA and I need to know if I can convert them in WAV because as I can see I can add lyrics just to wav file...
I just remove vocal from a wma file and Vogone did a great job but when I wanted to add lirics the only file accepted are WAV:s
Please advice.
