Windows XP & CD-G Recorder

I recently purchased an HP Pavilion 7955 with a cd-writer. In addition I also purchased a Backpack cd-writer. However, none of my cd-writers work with MicroStudio. I would like to know if anyone has any idea as to what kind of cd-burner would copy cd-g's and work for my computer.
My computer uses the Windows XP version as well.

Can someone please help me?!?!
