I just bought this program and it wont work

I just purchased the latest version and I can't get any files to open from my current itunes file or in the local drive with CD in it - :m How do I get support?

First off it will not work with ITunes format nor directly from a CDA track. You have to convert the files to WAV format first before you can work with them in Vogone. The following is a direct quote from the product page. Microstudio will convert the CD tracks but not the ITunes.

"You can eliminate vocals from WAV format files stored on the computer hard drive, and save the new song to the hard drive as a .wav file. Compressed MP3, WMA and OGG files can vocal reduce after converting to WAV format (not provided by Vogone)."

Windows Media Player can import CD Tracks as .wav files, then Vogone can process them, writing a .wav file back.

Are you now able to use Vogone on your files?

I must apologize. The Vogone 3.104 FULL release file for download was a bad file. :s

You can click this link Vogone Upgrade (http://mtu.com/upgrades/vogone.htm) and click the DOWNLOAD button to get the corrected (latest) vogoneXXXXsetup.exe file.

FYI: The Vogone Lite and the Demo were the correct files.
