I didn't even start install yet and there's a problem!!

After I click the download link from the internet when i finish buying the vogone lite software, i jsut double click to open the set-up file, and that's what it says:

Error Number:0x80040703
Description: Failed to find DLL function: _ismtu.setProduct
Setup will now terminate.


What can I do now to get my software even started?

This is a standard problem described in our Support Center (I searched on "ismtu"). Read this article (http://www.mtu.com/kb/index.php?action=kb&article=66) for how to change your computer.

I see you also posted a Support Ticket. Please use one or the other method, but not both. I takes double effort to answer both. :r
