i've purchased the vogone software since april 2006 but yet download it from the internet, and now the 1 month download period hav passed and i can't download the software anymore. is there anyway i can download the software again..some one pls help, thx

There policy is 1 year not 1 month. Go to your store account, login, click on Show My Orders. Click view for your order and go to bottom of page for link to download.

the policies had been changed to 1 month but not 1 year, 1 month is too short, i wonder why they change the download policies to 1 month. sry for my poor english.

Bought the latest Vogone upgrade May 13th, 2006
Checked my account and the download is available until May 15th, 2007.
So the One year policy is still in place.

Same here, Mine shows good for a year.

FACTORY ANSWER: Download links are good for 12 months from the order date.

Please post here where you saw it is good for 1 month?

NOTE: If your Download Link is expired in your Store Account, then you must purchase the product upgrade. You can download the file up to 99 times. As of February 16, 2006 MTU download links are available for one (1) year, but this will be shortened to 30 days or less. Make sure you download the file as soon as you purchase. It is your responsibility to download and save the file in a safe place and write it to a CDROM in case your computer hard drive crashes..

That says it will be shortened at some point of time in the future, not that it has been changed.

Have you even tried to download it?

See nothing in the posts to indicate you have tried to download, just that you thought you couldn't .

no download link provided, the bottom of the order information page just show this

the via internet donload m/c vwyf1c5d74ea is not a link.
may be is not the download page, but i follow the instruction log in my account then click show my order then click the button view, view my order then at then bottom should hav a download link, but mine just show the info above, or may be the m/c vwyf1c5d74ea is somekind of code i have to use that code to download the software? thanks for help.

i think i know what's the problem, i just read this at the support page

How do I redownload the software, because the link on my account isn't working?

There are a few reasons that this can occur

2)It is possible that we upgraded the software to a new version, and did not run the script on our website to update your Filename, to the latest version you are entitled to. If this is the case, then you will need to fill out a support ticket and we can then fix this. This will only be if the order is within the 1 year time period.
