Dear support
<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p> </o:p>
I'm having more or less the same common problem for most of your customer
which is "registration ".
<o:p> </o:p>
Dear I have red almost all customers complains and comments/ reply's and I
have already tried so many things before I post this massage (the last hope).
Can you help me? Please
<o:p> </o:p>
For your information
All what I'm getting is an error during registration process regardless (disk or direct registration) and I'm 1000% sure that I'm connected to the internet.
<o:p> </o:p>
One thing more if I'm behind proxy or firewall does this mean that it's over NO
Solution for such problem? If yes please let me know.
And if NO how can I refund my money back
<o:p> </o:p>
Note: I'm runing windows xp with service pack 1
<o:p> </o:p>
For your own reference
<o:p> </o:p>
Order#: 21845
Date: 04/13/2005

Looking to hear from you guys
