Registration code do not work

I just purchase a KHP4.103 sofware and the registration code that you email mi wont' work. What do I do?

This usually happens when either the email address or the registration code is not entered exactly as shown in your download email.

Best to use copy and paste on those two items, and try again.

Your Registration codes were disabled for some reason. Please email sales at mtu.com.

They may have done this, thinking it was a fraudulent order. The information is all messed up that was given to us in the order.
