:? I'm puzzled by the Help instructions on color preference for graphic images imported to KHP. The instructions say:

1. When creating images, for R-G-B color use the numbers below:
0 16 32 48
64 80 96 112
128 144 150 166
182 198 214 230

Problem is, I don't find anywhere in MS Paint that I can specify pallette colors by single numeric values. R-G-B colors require three numeric values for each color. Whassup wid dat?

Sorry, I thought you'd have received an answer by now.
Just got through messing around with Paint to see if I could help you. I just learned something.

There is a numerical palette in Paint.

Click on COLORS, EDIT COLORS,DEFINE CUSTOM COLORS, and the R,G,B
selection box opens.

Hope this helps.

I guess the answer to my question must be that when specifying the R-G-B pallette colors, the values we enter in each of the three Red, Green, and Blue boxes should be selected from that list of 16 shown in my original post. That would give us 4096 total possible colors. Am I on the right track here?

I'd believe the main rason for advising that the colors be selected from that group would insure that the colors used in the program will be true, and not changed, as I've seen some that weren't even close to what the clip art looked like. Now I know why.

Take care,
