color problems with 2nd display

Has anyone had problems with the colors on the tv screen. My colors are coming up a dark pink background with black letters its very hard to read, but the graphics are clear. The laptop screen is perfect the colors it's supposed to be. I've tried adjusting the tv color with no sucess, the tv's less than a year old. Does anyone have any sugestion.

try in settings and adjust to 16bit graphics. if that doesnt work try 32 bit. might even try adjusting the monitor frequency. I have seen straneger things happen.
