Just Bought software have problem with Registration

Hi,
My name is Mark. I just purchased the following software and have the problem that follows this software list.

I bought Karaoke Suite 4, that contains KHP4.103, Vogone 2.210, Keyrite Home 1.400, Microstudio 2.517, and the Keyrite upgrade from 1.xxx to V2.008.

Now I tried to install Keyrite Home 1.400 first, then it said do you want to launch the program? I said yes and I got the following message:

Keyrite- Your serial number does not match your Registration information. Please reinstall Keyrite and try again.

I did'nt even get a chance to put in my registration number, so what's going on?

Can someone please help?

PS.
I even tried to install the upgrade and it gives me the same message.

Mark uninstall the keyrite1.4

install the 2.008. you must be connected to the internet when installing.

fyi You must use the correct e-mail address that you used when you purchased it and your name needs to read the same ie: if you ordered with the name ray, you cannot use raymond. they must match.
