Error installing Hoster

I just purchased Hoster. It won't load into my computer.
When I run EXE it comes up

Error Number 0x80040702
Failed to load DLL:_isuser
Setup will now terminate

What is the fix for this !!!

The "fail to load dll_isuser" error occurs when required Windows Updates for this computer have not been done.

Connect to the Internet, click the Start Menu, and the Windows Update. Your computer will be scanned to find out what updates need to be done. A list of updates will eventually appear. Install all recommended updates.

Once you have done this, you probably will need to restart Windows. After restarting, try installing Hoster again and it should not display the dll_isuser error message.
