MACID - Internet explorer

The computer dose not show any MACID's at all.
My computer is having a problem with internet explorer. I keep getting the page cannot be displayed. Cannot find server or DNS Error.
I have checked all that I know and more. But I haven't the the knowledge to find the answer.
I have loaded all the software and all works, but I get the error message on KPro.
I am on AOL.
