Keyrite1.302

I just downloaded keyrite1.302. I am having problems with getting my files to open on it. All of my files are in windows media and i can not get to them to open my files. Do you have a block on this ? I also copyed the songs to the hard drive and tried to open them but no luck there also. Do i need a upgrade or what? Thanks for your time.
