Using NVidia dual-display card

I have a Nvida G Force FX 5200 video card and cannot get dual display the only thing It will do is clone any suggestions.

go to settings on your video card and extend your desktop to the other monitor. also both screens have to have the same settings.
IE: 1024x786 16 colors, ........ I am running gforce also, and Best I remember if you have a digital socket and a regular socket, and a video out you must use the digital video as primary monitor, and the video out as secondary desktop. hope this helps. :g
