4 times on Fri. night, 6 times on Sat. night.Song list will be playing,then all of a sudden no words or picture,then a few seconds later no music,blank screen,a few more seconds now the music is back ,but still no picture.After the song finishes,you have a blank screen,and you cannot do anything with the laptop.Shut down and start over????Need HELP
