View Full Version : Delivery of KPro 4.008 is very slow due to overload demands

Used 4 of my 8 updates to get the karaoke pro 4.008. My order number is 7921. I did not recieve any directions on how to download this upgrade. Although i did recieve an e-mail saying that i would recieve information on where to go download.My order was sented on 3/11/03. Could you assist me?

Could someone from tech support please contact me regarding my order? I have not yet received the followup email specifying the download link/instructions etc. (I ordered prior to March 15th)

I'm not tech support but I think you should know it is the weekend and you may or may not hear from them until Monday.
They need and deserve time off.

purchased Kpro on 3/13 or /14 and have not received email on it.

Danny_g, our records show you reqested a free upgrade of KPro 4.008. We are processing these as fast as we can with current staff. It may be later this week before we send all of them out. Free downloads require about 10-15 minutes manual processing each. :r

If you had purchased the new product with a credit card, you would instantly receive the download link as our store automatically handles those deliveries.

Please wait for the delivery. If you don't see it by the end of next week, then post back. I expect all will be processed by the end of this week.

These emails are very backed up right now. It was a free upgrade, so we are in the process of emailing everyone about it.
