Program sends error when showing kma files

While I begin to show kma files from MTU Kma folder I get the error as attached. I am unable to show my files, therefore I am unable to convert them. I hope this is clear, I described the problem as best I could. Thanks Alan

I got errors when I tried songverter. I tried to make KMA files into mp3g. Attached you will see what I did w songverter demo. WHat did I do wrong? I will purchase songverter if I can get it to work.

First question is do these files play OK in any MTU software ?

In the image2.jpg it shows as error converting audio.

Just wonder if they have been corrupted in some way.

I could test one of the erroring files if you could attach one in your post.
