I keep getting these Adobe Flash Player update boxes on my old studio computer. Is it ok to just ignore them, and click "Don't Remind Me About This Update" on the update box? Has nothing to do with Hoster right?:?

It has nothing to do with Hoster. I do just what you asked myself and tick the box not to be reminded.

If you use this computer for browsing on the internet, then you may come across features for veiwing certain content unavailable unless you have these updates. If you don't find anything popping up when you try to view, normally video content then don't worry about it. :)

I've had these notices hang my computer. They are very intrusive. I recommend deleting their update application from your startup folder.

Or just go ahead and update it. Doesn't have anything to do with Hoster, but can't hurt the computer either.

Right-click on the update icon on the taskbar, select "properties" ( I think) and tell it "Not" to check for updates
