I needed to reload songverter to my computer after it crashed and I had to to a total reformat on the harddrive. I tried to install it and it gave me a message that it is only allowed to be installed on two computers...I then copied the URL into my browser and it sent me to your web request form. I filled out all the information it asked for. It has been a week or more and i have yet to hear back from someone please respond ASAP so I can continue my work on this computer.
Thank You
Mark Hexamer

Did you get an automatic response after you sent it with a ticket number?
If so you can check on it to see if they responded. There should be a link in the email to get you to the ticket information.

If you didn't get the auto-response then you won't get an answer from them, either because your email program or source (if you use Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, etc) is blocking it as spam or your ISP if you get your email address through them is blocking it.
Have you tried since submitting the ticket to re-install it?

Since you missed the first possible answer to that ticket, have you tried to re-install. It could already be fixed.

You are talking about a 3 person company and they don't work weekends so things don't get done quite as fast. Of those three only one is Tech Support and he is pretty swamped with tickets. Hopefully this will improve when they get the next Hoster release out so they will have less tickets to deal with. Hoster has been taking up a lot of their time for the past 6-8 months and has thrown them way behind on the rest of the work.
They should get to it soon.

I understand I was was just humoring myself and others. I am greatly satisfied wiht their product and all the help you and others give. Dont get me wrong here. I have turned on many KJ's to Hoster because of two main reasons 1. THe products and 2 the excellent help we redcieve through the forums
